Motocross and off-road riding are inherently dangerous activities, and accidents happen. If you crash at the local motocross track and your handlebars bend when your bike slams into the water truck, we hope you’re honest enough to admit that this sort of accident far exceeds what anyone might consider “normal wear and tear.” However, if you genuinely believe that any Universal product failed due to a manufacturing or material defect, we’ll be more than happy to consider your request for warranty replacement. To process a warranty claim, please follow these simple instructions:

1 Remove and clean the Universal part you wish to submit for warranty inspection.

2 Write your name, address, phone number and date of purchase on a tag or piece of paper and attach it to the part in question.

3 Write a letter explaining the nature of your claim. Please be thorough but brief.

4 Attach the original invoice or sales receipt to your warranty letter.

5 Send the letter, receipt and product in question to the following address:
